I believe every home tells a story, and great interior design is about so much more than creating beautiful spaces. It’s about creating homes that reflect the people who live in them—spaces that feel welcoming, functional and effortlessly beautiful.

Although Elizabeth Alexandra Interiors is a new chapter, my passion for interiors has been with me for many years.

Before launching my business, I spent much of my career working in our family care homes business, where I was responsible for accounts, HR, supplier management, compliance and the day-to-day organisation that kept everything running smoothly.

It was a role that taught me the value of careful planning, attention to detail and delivering an exceptional client experience—qualities that continue to shape every project I undertake.

Alongside those responsibilities, I was always drawn to the creative side of the business. Whenever the opportunity arose, I found myself redesigning and refurbishing areas of the property, from refreshing guest bedrooms and communal spaces to creating seasonal displays.

Watching tired, overlooked rooms become warm, inviting environments never felt like work—it was the part of my role I loved most. That passion became even stronger when my husband and I renovated our second home.

Every decision, from reconfiguring layouts and selecting finishes to choosing lighting, furnishings and colour palettes, reinforced what I had known for years: creating thoughtfully designed homes was what I truly wanted to do. That renovation gave me the confidence to turn a lifelong passion into a profession, and Elizabeth Alexandra Interiors was born.

Today, my aim is to help clients create timeless, elegant interiors that are as practical as they are beautiful. I believe good design should never feel intimidating or driven by fleeting trends. Instead, it should be personal, considered and tailored to the way you live, creating a home that not only looks beautiful but feels right for years to come.
