Every home tells a story. For me, interior design has never been about creating beautiful spaces simply for the sake of aesthetics—it’s about creating homes that reflect the people who live in them.
Elizabeth Alexandra Interiors was born from a passion that had been growing quietly for years, long before it became a business.
My career began in our family business, where my role was firmly rooted behind a desk. My days were filled with accounts, HR, supplier management, compliance, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It taught me organisation, attention to detail and the importance of delivering an exceptional experience—skills that continue to shape the way I work today.
But alongside those responsibilities, there was another part of my role that I looked forward to the most. Whenever the opportunity arose, I found myself redesigning and refurbishing areas of the property. Whether it was refreshing communal spaces, updating bedrooms or creating seasonal displays, I loved transforming tired rooms into spaces that felt welcoming, thoughtful and beautifully put together.

Those projects never felt like work
They reminded me just how much I enjoyed being creative and how rewarding it was to see a space completely transformed.
That passion only grew stronger when I began renovating my third home.
What started as a renovation quickly became something much more. Every decision—from layouts and finishes to colour palettes, lighting and furnishings—reinforced what I had known for years: creating homes was what I genuinely loved doing.
It wasn’t just about choosing beautiful pieces. It was about understanding how a home should function, how each room should feel, and how thoughtful design can improve everyday life.
The renovation gave me the confidence to take the next step and turn a long-held passion into a career.
That’s how Elizabeth Alexandra Interiors came to life.
My aim is simple: to create timeless, elegant interiors that are both beautiful and practical. I believe good design should never feel intimidating or trend-led. Instead, it should feel personal, considered and effortless—creating spaces that you’ll love living in for years to come.
Whether you’re renovating an entire home, refreshing a single room or starting with a blank canvas, I believe every project deserves careful thought and attention to detail.

This blog will be a place where I share my renovation journey, design inspiration, practical advice and behind-the-scenes insights into the projects I’m working on. My hope is that it becomes a helpful resource for anyone looking to create a home they truly love.
Thank you for being here at the very beginning of this journey.
